The beginnings of the restaurant in the Palmar were hard, but thanks to the effort and tenacity of the family, dedicated for many generations to fishing in the Palmar and rice cultivation, today has a large customer base and a great team of professionals that enable the enjoyment of this place where tradition, quality and contact with nature are perceived by the five senses, because in addition to tasting the traditional Valencian dishes of the Palmar area is possible to enjoy unforgettable boat rides on the Albufera.

The village of El Palmar (Valencia) is located in the heart of the Albufera Natural Park, 18 km from Valencia. Our Gastro-Arrocería is located right in the middle of the village, before reaching the square. Once in the village itself, the best thing to do is to take a boat ride or walk through the rice fields. I improve our expectations. Very good quality, everything impeccable, very good service, all the staff very friendly. We went on recommendation and it was a success. Very good meat rice, delicious apple pie.
